Terms of service!
| Regarding reposts: |

| - repots are allowed if asked beforehand and credited properly!! For icons and headers no need to ask for permission but credit must still be given! |
| - Proper credit means: full artist name attached to the post, potential link to my socials or direct tag on the repost! For personal use my username must be mentioned in bio as credit. |
| -removal of watermark is strictly forbidden! |
| - you are not allowed to use my OCs under any circumstances be it personal or not! This includes bot making, role playing or anything similar! |
Copyright and usage policies
-I retain full commercial and distribution rights to any art I produce.
I do not claim ownership to the intellectual property of the character(s) depicted in art, unless they are my own.As the artist, I am permitted to do the following:- Post the art on any website/social media of my choosing.- Crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use.- Make prints, digital portfolios, books etc. of the artwork.The commissioner is allowed to:- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.- Print the art for private purposes, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the drawing itself.- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.- Post the artwork in their personal galleries, with full credit given to the artist.Should copyright infringement occur, the client’s rights to the art will be forfeit.
The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing, redistributing, or using the copyrighted artwork commercially without permission.- Reselling/making money off the art without the artist’s prior consent.- Claiming credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks/signatures.- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
Payment and refunds
- Payment will be made via Paypal invoice for commissions.- The commissioner must pay for their commission up-front else the commission will not be started.- Additional charges might be added to your commission if there are too many changes or edits requested once the sketch has been approved, those will be billed separately.- Payment is required in full before being placed in the queue.- Refunds can not be given when cancelation of a payment plan applies. No matter if the plan has be partially or fully paid a refund will not be given. This is to cover the time spent communicating, researching references, and inconvenience caused.- If a commission is needing to be cancelled before work has been started, the artist will retain 30% of the original payment as a convenience fee.- If a commission is needing to be cancelled after work has been started, or during the sketch stage, only a 50% refund can be issued as time and labor have already been invested. The sketch then may be resold as a ych or base by the artist.- If your commission is in the lining stage or otherwise completed you may not receive a refund. (This also applies for sketch commissions)- The artist reserves a right to cancel a commission and issue a partial refund due to poor communication and rude or inappropriate behavior as well as breaking TOS. (Even outside of dms)
customers agree to the following:
- Clients must be 18+ to commission me, in addition be member of the appropriate Patreon tier for NSFW commissions.- I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery or journal, unless agreed otherwise for a fee of my choice. If the commission is a time-sensitive gift the artist may delay public showcase at the clients request.- I retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for a fee.- Displayed are the base prices, they are subject to change according to the complexity of both the characters, outfits and/or props.- You will have the opportunity to ask for alterations of the work during the sketch stage. Requested revisions that diverge from the original commission theme/discussed idea, will incur additional charges, as well as changes asked for after the line-work has been completed.- The artwork may not be modified by the commissioner (or anyone else) after it is completed. If alterations need to be made please ask me first.- Art commissioned may not be turned into Non Fungible Tokens, merchandise, any kind of profit unless discussed otherwise.- I maintain the right to decline your commission if I feel I cannot accomplish it.- Breaking my Terms of Service does not make you eligible for a refund, I retain the right to cancel your commission if not completed.- Communication with the customer can be maintained via Email/Twitter/Discord/Patreon, whichever is preferred by the client.- Only the commissioner may re-post the artwork with credit!
(Posting in my server is restricted until I post it publicly for everyone to see. Your commission will be put on patreon first!)- If for whatever reason I cannot accomplish your commission you will be promptly notified.- The client must read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions before entering an agreement with me. By sending payment, it is understood that you have read and agreed to these terms.

I calculate my prices according to my living expenses and taxes. I include my costs of living, insurances, bills and other necessities like food and medication and calculate a fair price for the time spent.
Yes absolutely! You are allowed to make art of my characters as long as they aren’t depicted in explicit situations or poses.
Yes absolutely! You can use my art as icons, banners and repost it as long as it aligns with my guidelines you can read up on it here

There is not much to say about me. I draw since I was little and I really enjoy anime and I have the best husband and friends
I mostly draw OC’s, Fan art and generally things that I like and currently enjoy.
More often then not it will be anime or game related! I’m a nerd at heart haha.I expand my skills and horizon whenever I can. I’m always up to test my limits and experiment, be it art or another hobby I picked up on the way.I really don’t like answering dm that are not related to serious questions or are just smal talk/life updates from strangers. I don’t like these types of conversations.
